با سلام و احترام
بازگشت به نامه شماره ۱۱۴/۲۷۹/د مورخ ۱۳۹۳/۱۱/۲۰ در خصوص مکاتبه انجمن فرویدی (مصوب وزارت کشور) به اطلاع می رساند که سازمان های مردم نهاد مصوب وزارت محترم کشور تشکل های غیر دولتی غیر سیاسی و داوطلبانه هستند که اصولاً در امور حمایتی، خیریه، حفظ و ارتقاء محیط زیست، آگاهی و اطلاع رسانی به بیماران و مردم عادی فعالیت می نمایند. انجمن علمی روانپزشکان ایران انجمن علمی، باسابقه و تحت پوشش وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی بوده و بر طبق اساسنامه در امور علمی، پژوهشی، فنی و تخصصی رشته مربوطه فعالیت می نماید و بیش از یک هزار نفر از روانپزشکان، اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه ها و اساتید صاحب نام رشته در انجمن مورد اشاره فعالیت دارند و به عنوان یکی از مراجع علمی مورد مشورت این دبیرخانه و سایر معاونت های ستادی وزارتخانه در امور علمی و تخصصی رشته روانپزشکی مطرح می باشد و لذا ادعای یک تشکل غیر علمی با شرح وظایف محدود و اعضای اندک در مورد یک نهاد علمی و دارای پروانه فعالیت باسابقه برگزاری ده ها کنگره علمی ملی و بین المللی، سمینارها و همایش ها و برنامه های متعدد بازآموزی موجب تاسف می باشد. مع الوصف با توجه به مکاتبه جنابعالی موضوع از طریق مراجع علمی مورد بررسی بیشتر قرار گرفته و نتیجه متعاقباً به اطلاع خواهد رسید.

Referring to letter Ref. number: D/114/279 dated 9/ّFeb./2015 concerning correspondence of Freudian Association (approved by Ministry of Interior) it is declared that Non-Governmental Organizations approved by respectable Ministry of Interior are non-governmental, non-political and voluntary organizations that are active chiefly in supportive, charity, preservation and promotion of environment ,informing and awareness of patients and general public. Iranian Psychiatric Association is a senior scientific association under the license of Ministry of Health and Medical Education and according to its statute is active in scientific, research, technical and professional affairs of the related discipline and more than 1000 of psychiatrists, faculty members and renowned masters of the field are active in the aforementioned association and it is considered as one of the scientific references with advisory status for this secretariat and other headquarter deputies of the Ministry in scientific and professional affairs in psychiatry and therefore the claim of a non-scientific organization [Freudian Association] with limited duties and few members against a scientific organization and license holder [Iranian Psychiatric Association] with a background of holding many national and international scientific congresses, seminars and conferences and numerous retraining programs is regrettable. However, according to your correspondence the issue will be investigated further by scientific authorities and the result will be informed subsequently.
