The text of a complaint by Freudian Association to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education against holding two illegitimate congresses by unqualified persons aimed to abuse the name of Psychoanalysis

موضوع: شکایت از برگزاری دو کنگره غیر قانونی

وزیر محترم بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی

جناب آقای دکتر هاشمی

با سلام و عرض ادب

احتراماً اعضای انجمن فرویدی در ارتباط با دو کنگره غیر قانونی مصدع اوقات گرانبهای جنابعالی گردیده و مراتب ذیل را به استحضار می رسانیم. کنگره اول در تاریخ ۱۹ تا ۲۱ مهر به نام «اولین کنگره روانکاوی و رواندرمانی پویای ایران» از سوی انجمن روانپزشکان ایران و با دبیری علمی دکتر محمد صنعتی در محل دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی، و دومی با عنوان «کنگره جغرافیای روانکاوی» در تاریخ ۲۴ و ۲۵ مهر با هزینه شخصی خانم گهر همایونپور و بدون ارتباط با هیچ نهاد و سازمانی در ایران در محل سالن همایش های بین المللی پارک پردیسان برگزار شد.

برای روشن شدن مطلب می بایست اول خودمان را به حضور جنابعالی معرفی کرده و سپس راجع به این دو کنگره توضیحاتی را ارایه دهیم.

۱. «انجمن ارتباط با جامعه جهانی روانکاوی» در اسفند ۱۳۸۵ از وزارت کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران مجوز فعالیت خود را دریافت کرد و پس از تصویب در هیأت نظارت در مرداد ۱۳۸۷ به «انجمن فرویدی» تغییر نام داد و با شماره ۲۳۲۲۲ به ثبت رسید، اما سابقه این انجمن دارای قدمت بیشتر زمانی بوده و شروع به اعلام موجودیت آن به سال ۱۳۷۲ بر میگردد که با ورود دکتر میترا کدیور به ایران آغاز می شود. چون ایشان تنها روانکاو ایرانی عضو انجمن جهانی روانکاوی (WAP)ر^[۱] است و رزومه‌اش^[۲] در سایت انجمن فرویدی موجود است. در بدو ورود به ایران او سالهای متمادی در دانشگاه های مختلف سخنرانی کرد و روانکاوی را به جامعه دانشگاهی معرفی نمود. سپس او اقدام به برگزاری کلاس های عرصه فرویدی ـ مکتب لکان نمود و پس از آن سخنرانی هایی برای عموم با کمک شاگردانش برگزار کرد که اطلاعات راجع به آنها هم در سایت انجمن فرویدی در قسمت «پنجشنبه های فرویدی» (همانجا) موجود است. از آنجایی که ایشان عضو برجسته انجمن جهانی روانکاوی است بنابراین اقدام به تربیت روانکاو در کشور نموده و هم اکنون ۴ نفر از شاگردان و آنالیزان های ایشان از یک سال پیش و پس از حدود ۱۰ سال روانکاوی شدن در مرکز روانکاوی آفریقا اقدام به روانکاوی می نمایند (سایت انجمن فرویدی) (همانجا). همچنین تعدادی از شاگردان ایشان از سال ۱۳۸۵ اجازه برگزاری کلاس هایی را با نام «آشنایی با روانکاوی» پیدا کردند که هنوز هم ادامه دارد (سایت انجمن فرویدی ـ آموزش) (همانجا). این خلاصه ای از راهی است که روانکاوی در ایران در عرض ۲۰ سال گذشته و به همت دکتر کدیور و شاگردانش و انجمن فرویدی پیموده است.

۲. «کنگره روانکاوی و رواندرمانی پویای ایران» از سوی انجمن علمی روانپزشکان ایران و با حمایت سازمان بهزیستی کشور، سازمان تامین اجتماعی، و دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی به دبیری علمی دکتر محمد صنعتی برگزار شد. معلوم نیست این سازمان ها و نهادها چه ربطی به روانکاوی دارند بخصوص اینکه در این مملکت یک سازمان مردم نهاد متولی روانکاوی که پروانه فعالیت از وزارت کشور گرفته و ثبت شده، وجود دارد. خود دکتر صنعتی در سخنرانی­‌اش در دومین کنگره رواندرمانی (۱۳۹۲) گفته: «… برای حل این مشکل در کشورهای دنیا هر کدام از تخصص ها یک انجمن دارند و از این طریق بر رفتار و اخلاق اعضا نظارت دارند»^[۳] بنابراین برای هر چیز انجمنی وجود دارد که در کار یکدیگر دخالت نمی کنند. انجمن فرویدی متولی روانکاوی در ایران است و انجمن علمی روانپزشکان ایران نیز طبق آنچه در سایت رسمی آن آمده: «انجمن علمی روانپزشکان ایران در سال ۱۳۴۵ با تلاش تنی چند از روانپزشکان و پیشکسوتان روانپزشکی ایران با هدف ارائه فعالیتهای علمی، تحقیقاتی و تخصصی روانپزشکی و بعنوان یک انجمن غیردولتی وغیر انتفاعی تشکیل گردید… انجمن علمی روانپزشکان ایران ضمن برقراری ارتباط فعال و موثر با وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی و سازمان نظام پزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بعنوان ۲ نهاد فعال در امور صنفی و تخصصی پزشکی ، با سایر انجمن های پزشکی و هم چنین سازمانها و نهادهای ذیربط نیز همکاری دارد و بعنوان صاحب نظر و مشاور، نظر مشورتی خود را در زمینه های آموزشی، پژوهشی، درمانی ، صنفی و داروهای جدید روانپزشکی، اعلام می دارد.»[۴] بر این اساس، این انجمن فقط در حوزه روانپزشکی ذیصلاح است و نه بیشتر. از سوی دیگر دبیر علمی این کنگره، دکتر محمد صنعتی، دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران نزدیک به ۳۰ سال است با عنوان روانپزشک در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در گروه روانپزشکی به کار مشغول است در حالیکه طبق تحقیقات بعمل آمده بوسیله این انجمن ایشان فاقد مدرک روانپزشکی است و طی سال ها در رزومه دکتر صنعتی در سایت رسمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران محل اخذ تخصص روانپزشکی او «دانشکده روانپزشکان دانشگاه انگلستان»(!) و محل اخذ فوق تخصص رواندرمانی (در همان سالی که تخصص گرفته بود(!)) وی «دانشکده روانپزشکی لندن»(!) ذکر شده بود.[۵] البته پس از شروع پرسشگری انجمن فرویدی در مورد مدرک وی، از تاریخ ۲۹ مهر ۱۳۹۳ ـ یعنی درست پس از برگزاری «کنگره روانکاوی و رواندرمانی پویای ایران» ـ سایت رسمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران فوق تخصص رواندرمانی او را از رزومه اش حذف و محل اخذ مدرک روانپزشکی او را «رویال کالج روانپزشکان انگلستان» ذکر کرد.[۶] این در حالی است که این کالج یک مؤسسه خیریه است[۷] که طبق پاسخ آن به استعلام ما، «نه مدرک می دهد و نه درجه تخصصی»[۸]. نتیجه تحقیقات و استعلام ها بطور مفصل در ضمیمه این نامه به حضور جنابعالی تقدیم می گردد. بنابر این حتی در تاریخ نوشتن این نامه هم نه دکتر صنعتی برای ادعای خود مبنی بر روانپزشک بودن مدرک معتبری ارائه کرده و نه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در مورد مدرک وی و تغییرات رزومه دکتر صنعتی در سایت رسمی این دانشگاه توضیحی داده است. با این حال دکتر صنعتی خود را در زمره روانکاوان کشور ایران قلمداد کرده و با این عنوان دبیری علمی «اولین کنگره روانکاوی» را به نام خود ایجاد نموده و همچنین اقدام به آموزش دیگران در زمینه روانکاوی کرده که از آن جمله دکتر مهدیه معین، کسی که در حال حاضر همسر دکتر صنعتی است که بر اساس آموزش های او «روانکاو» شده است!! لازم به تاکید است، که طبق ضوابط اصولی روانکاوی، هرگز یک «روانکاو» نمی تواند با «آنالیزان» (بیمار) خود ازدواج کند، که این ضابطه جزء اصول لاینفک روانکاوی است، لذا این مساله خود گویای روشن از عدم اطلاع ایشان از ضوابط روانکاوی است، که با بیمار خود ازدواج نموده و او را نیز روانکاو معرفی می نماید. همچنین باید یادآور شد که نام دکتر صنعتی در هیچکدام از دو سازمان جهانی روانکاوی (WAP: انجمن جهانی روانکاوی و IPA: انجمن بین المللی روانکاوی) بعنوان عضو ثبت نشده و روانکاو نیست! با این اوصاف و با استناد به مدرک نداشته فوق تخصص رواندرمانی اش، خود را روانکاو هم دانسته و اقدام به تریبت روانکاو می نماید. در این ارتباط اجازه دهید جنابعالی را به دو منبع موثق ارجاع دهیم: ۱. در سرمقاله نشریه روانکاوی کوارتو شماره ۱۰۷ که به تاریخ آوریل ۲۰۱۴ در سایت اکول فرویدی پاریس با عنوان «روانکاوی رواندرمانی نیست» متتشر شد[۹] آمده است: «روانکاوی رواندرمانی نیست، اگرچه اثرات درمانی دارد و از آنچه هم که بعضی‌ها «رواندرمانی تحلیلی» می‌نامند متفاوت است. بعلاوه، روانکاوی نمی‌تواند موضوع دوره‌های دانشگاهی باشد. قبل از هر چیز خود فرد باید به آن تن بدهد (یا یادگیری در آن با تن دادن به روانکاوی انجام می‌گیرد). در این معنا، روانکاو محصول روانکاوی شخصی خودش است وقتی که [روانکاوی‌اش] به پایان رسیده باشد.»[۱۰] ۲. در ۳۰ ژانویه ۲۰۱۴ [۱۱]«در پارلمان بلژیک روانکاوی به عنوان دیسیپلینی مجزا از رواندرمانی‌ها به رسمیت شناخته شد.»[۱۲] و خبر آن در خبرنامه اکول فرویدی پاریس به آدرس ذکر شده منتشر شد. در حالیکه دکتر محمد صنعتی با همکاری انجمن روانپزشکان ایران و درست پس از گرفتن مجوز برگزاری دوره های فلوشیپ رواندرمانی از وزارت بهداشت و درمان اقدام به برگزاری کنگره روانکاوی کرده و در صدد است با این کار هم برای خود رزومه روانکاوی تهیه کند[۱۳] و هم روانکاوی را به عنوان ملک طلق روانپزشکان معرفی نماید. نکته قابل توجه این است که افراد زیادی وجود دارند که خود را با استناد به آموزشی که نزد دکتر صنعتی دیده اند، روانکاو دانسته و اقدام به روانکاوی فاقد اعتبار دیگران و بیماران متعدد در کشور می نمایند، و از آنجایی که هیچگونه نظارتی بر فعالیت غیر اصولی این افراد وجود ندارد، اقدامات فاقد اصالت آنها به پای روانکاوی نوشته می شود، در حالی که «انجمن فرویدی» که تنها نهاد به ثبت رسیده در زمینه روانکاوی در ایران که کاندیدای پیوستن به «انجمن جهانی روانکاوی» (WAP) است، با ریاست تنها روانکاو ایران ـ دکتر میترا کدیور ـ از وزارت محترم کشور مجوز فعالیت خود را دریافت کرده است. از اهداف اساسنامه ای انجمن فرویدی طبق بند ۹ یکی این است: «به رسمیت شناختن روانکاوی بعنوان موضوعی مستقل از علوم روانشناسی، روانپزشکی، مشاوره و رواندرمانی و ضابطه مند کردن استفاده از نام روانکاوی در ایران و هماهنگ کردن آن با ضوابط بین المللی»^[۱۴] که نشان می دهد ما خود را از علومی که در حوزه روح و روان به درمان اعتقاد دارند جدا می دانیم. پس می توان نتیجه گرفت که کار خود را از درمان در حوزه روح و روان جدا می کنیم. ضمن اینکه انجمن روانپزشکان ایران و سایر سازمان های حمایت کننده این کنگره نیز صلاحیت برگزاری کنگره روانکاوی را ندارند. بنابراین، «اولین کنگره روانکاوی و رواندرمانی پویای ایران» بدون داشتن مجوز معتبر از مرجع صلاحیت دار، بصورت غیر قانونی برگزار شده و انجمن فرویدی درخواست لغو اعتبار و امتیاز این کنگره را دارد. لازم به ذکر است که این مساله از سوی دست اندرکاران اصلی کنگره نیز مورد توجه بوده است به نحوی که رییس محترم انجمن علمی روانپزشکان ایران جناب آقای دکتر جلیلی، رییس سازمان بهزیستی جناب آقای دکتر هاشمی و رییس وقت دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی جناب آقای دکتر جغتایی میزبان این کنگره در آن حضور نیافتند که نشان می دهد این کنگره توسط این مقامات نیز به رسمیت شناخته نشده است.

۳. حال به خانم گهر همایونپور و گروهی که بعنوان شاگردان روانکاوی و غیره با ایشان هماهنگی و همیاری دارند می پردازیم و یادآوری می کنیم که این گروه از هیچ مرجع مسلم روانکاوی مجوزی ندارند و در هیچ دستگاه قانونی صلاحیت دار کشور به ثبت نرسیده بلکه این گروه با نام «گروه فرویدی تهران» یک تشکیلات هرمی از نوع گلد کوئیست است که به اذعان خودشان ۱۵۰ نفر عضو دارند. در این تشکیلات هر یک از اعضا حداکثر ۳ یا ۴ عضو دیگر را می شناسد و همانند همه تشکیلات هرمی هم به صورت تصاعدی و مضاربه ای تکثیر می شوند به نحوی که افرادی که در قاعده هرم هستند ممکن است تا سال ها با راس هرم بر خوردی نداشته باشند. به این ترتیب خانم گهر همایونپور فقط یک سر شاخه است و این ۱۵۰ نفر در زیر شاخه او هستند.[۱۵]و همانند همه گلد کوئیست ها بر اصل بهره برداری از طمع آدم ها برای یک شبه به مقصود رسیدن استوار است. در گلد کوئیست اصلی هدف یک شبه ثروتمند شدن است و در «گروه فرویدی تهران» ۳ ماهه -از طریق تلفن- روانکاو شدن[۱۶]. سرشاخه این تشکیلات، خانم گهر همایونپور، از یک موسسه آموزشی سهامی (بله واقعاً یک موسسه متشکل از سهامداران) به نام Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis Inc فارغ التحصیل شده. Rating این موسسه به اذعان خودشان (در سایت BGSP) د^[۱۷] -D(!) است و باز هم به اذعان خودشان ۷۳/۷۲% فارغ التحصیلان این موسسه موفق به یافتن کار در کشور آمریکا نمی شوند (همانجا)! حتی به فارغ التحصیلان این مؤسسه سهامی پروانه کار هم داده نمی شود. مدرک این موسسه توسط هیچیک از دو نهاد بین المللی روانکاوی یعنیIPAر ^[۱۸] و WAP به رسمیت شناخته نمی شود و این بدان معناست که از نظر قوانین بین المللی فارغ التحصیلان این موسسه فقط نام روانکاوی را یدک می کشند اما روانکاو نیستند! بدین ترتیب و با توجه به مسدود بودن هر گونه امکان کار کردن در آمریکا این شخص در ایران برای خودش بساطی زده و عده ای را به دور خود جمع کرده است. او ادعا می کند که با ۳ ماه روانکاوی تلفنی (!) روانکاو تربیت می کند و هم اکنون ۱۵۰ نفر را (به ادعای خودش)[۱۹] تربیت کرده است! که آنها هم به نوبه خود از طریق ارتباط تلفنی «روانکاوی» کرده و مبالغ هنگفتی از بیماران بی خبر دریافت می کنند.^[۲۰]

این خانم با چنین وضعیت تحصیلی اقدام به برگزاری «کنگره جغرافیای روانکاوی» با هزینه شخصی(!) و بدون ارتباط با هیچگونه نهاد و سازمانی در ایران نمود در حالیکه سالن همایش های بین المللی پارک پردیسان به صورت رایگان در اختیار وی قرار گرفت. پوستر این کنگره در هیچ نقطه ای از ایران متشر نشد و سایت رسمی و فراخوان مقاله نیز نداشت. اما خانم همایونپور با هزینه شخصی تعدادی میهمان خارجی دعوت کرد و میهمانان ایرانی نیز به صورت «تلفنی» دعوت شده بودند(!) لازم به ذکر است همانگونه که خانم همایونپور در کنگره دکتر صنعتی عضو هیأت رییسه یکی از جلسات بود، در کنگره خانم همایونپور هم دکتر صنعتی رییس جلسه بود.[۲۱] اما برگزاری همین به اصطلاح کنگره هم در راستای اهداف کلاهبرداری آنها صورت می گیرد. این گروه با مظلوم نمایی در خارج از کشور اینگونه وانمود می کنند که شرایط کار کردن در حوزه روانکاوی در ایران بسیار طاقت فرسا و حتی خطرناک است و اینکه «رژیم جمهوری اسلامی روانکاوی را دشمن درجه یک خود قلمداد می کند»^[۲۲] و در نتیجه کسانی که در ایران در این حوزه فعالیت می کنند مدام در معرض تهدید بازداشت و زندان و امثالهم هستند. دعوت کردن از تعدادی خارجی نیز در همین راستاست تا به آنها میزان «مظلومیت» خود را اثبات کرده و در نتیجه زندگی و کار در ایران را یک عمل قهرمانانه قلمداد کنند تا بدین ترتیب حمایت آنها را جلب کرده و مشروعیتی را که فاقد هستند از طریق مظلوم نمایی به دست آورند. خانم همایونپور و گروهش از شرکت اعضای تنها سازمان متولی روانکاوی در ایران ـ «انجمن فرویدی» ـ در کنگره شان جلوگیری کردند. برگزار کنندگان کنگره «روانکاوی و رواندرمانی پویای ایران» نیز به انحاء مختلف اجازه صحبت کردن به اعضای تنها سازمان قانونی روانکاوی در ایران را ندادند و از صحبت آنها جلوگیری کردند و با ایجاد هیاهو و سر و صدا و رفتارهای کودکانه مانع صحبت کردن آنها شدند و انواع و اقسام ناسزا و توهین ها را به ما روا داشتند. گروه همایونپور از این وضعیت آشفته فیلمبرداری کردند و بعد در کنگره شان برای اشخاصی که فارسی هم بلد نیستند (میهمانان خارجی) نشان دادند تا بتوانند ادعا کنند وقتی ما می‌گوییم وضعیت در ایران بد است، خودتان ببینید.[۲۳] جالب است که این خانم با همین مدرک تحصیلی بی ارزش خود در خارج از کشور ادعا می کند که مدرس دانشگاه شهید بهشتی است^[۲۴] و به این ترتیب اینطور القا می کند که ایران آنچنان کشور عقب‌مانده‌ای است که حتی با یک مدرک بی ارزش می توان در آن به تدریس در دانشگاه پرداخت.

حال سوال این است: در پشت درهای بسته آن کنگره چه چیزی به خورد میهمانان خارجی داده می شود که اعضای تنها NGO روانکاوی در ایران نباید آن را ببینند و بشنوند؟ چرا برای آن چیزی که رسماً توطئه بر علیه روانکاوی و خفیف کردن و سیاه نمایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است سالن مجانی اختصاص داده می شود؟ چرا میهمانی های خصوصی اشخاص در یک مکان دولتی (سالن همایش های پارک پردیسان) برگزار شده و حتی تا قبل از توضیحات ما حراست این مکان دولتی هم از این میهمانی حراست می کند؟ که بعد از شفاف سازی ما از گروه مستقر در سالن، آگاهی نسبی بر وضعیت یافتند.

از آنجایی که برگزاری یک همایش قاعدتاً مستلزم کسب مجوز از وزارت کشور است به نظر می رسد این افراد حتی این مجوز را هم نداشتند.

بر این اساس انجمن فرویدی از آن وزیر محترم درخواست رسیدگی به این دو کنگره غیرقانونی و دست اندرکاران آن را دارد. اطلاعات تکمیلی در مورد دکتر محمد صنعتی و خانم گهر همایونپور و تعدادی از افرادی که از سوی این دو نفر به عنوان روانکاو به جامعه ایرانی معرفی شده اند، به طور مفصل در ضمیمه آمده است.

The text of a complaint by Freudian Association to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education against holding two illegitimate congresses by unqualified persons aimed to abuse the name of Psychoanalysis

Subject: Complaint of holding two illegitimate congresses

Dear Minister of Health and Medical Education

Your Excellency Dr. Hashemi

With Salutations and Regards

Reverently, members of Freudian Association take your precious time in regard to two illegitimate congresses to inform you about the following points. The first congress was held on 11 to 13 of October [2014], named “The First Congress of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychotherapy of Iran,” by the Iranian Psychiatric Association and Dr. Mohammad Sanati as the Scientific Secretary in the place of University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, and the second one entitled “Congress of Geographies of Psychoanalysis” on 16 to 17 of October [2014] by Mrs. Gohar Homayounpour with her own expense and without any association with any institution or organization in Iran at the international conference hall of the Pardisan Park [a governmental place].

To illustrate the matter, we should have the honor to introduce ourselves to you and then offer explanations about these two congresses.

۱. “Association of communication with The World Association of Psychoanalysis” received its operating license in March 2007 from the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran and after the approval of the Supervisory Board in August 2008 was renamed as The “Freudian Association” and registered with the [registration] number 23222, but the history of this association is older than this and the start of its existence dates back to 1993 by the arrival of Dr. Mitra Kadivar to Iran. Because she is the only Iranian Psychoanalyst who has membership of the World Association of Psychoanalysis (WAP)[1] and her resume[2] is available on the Freudian Association Website. On her arrival to Iran she delivered many lectures at various universities for several years and introduced psychoanalysis to the academic community. Then she proceeded to hold Freudian Field- Lacanian School classes and after that she held public lectures with the assistance of her students, the information of which is also available on Freudian Association Website in the “Freudian Thursdays” section (ibid). Since she is a prominent member of the World Association of Psychoanalysis she proceeded to train psychoanalyst in the country and at present four of her students and analysands are doing psychoanalysis in The Africa Psychoanalytic Center since a year ago and after being in analysis [by her] for about 10 years (Freudian Association Website) (ibid.). Also, since 2006 some of her students have got the permission of holding classes named “Introduction to Psychoanalysis” which is still ongoing (Freudian Association Website-Education) (ibid.). This is a summary of the way psychoanalysis in Iran has traversed within the last 20 years and with the endeavors of Dr. Kadivar and her students and Freudian Association.

۲. The “Congress of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychotherapy of Iran”, was held by the Iranian Psychiatric Association with the support of the Welfare Organization of the country, Social Security Organization, and The University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences with Dr. Mohammed Sanati as the scientific Secretary. It is not clear that what is the relevance of these institutions and organizations with psychoanalysis, especially [when] a non-governmental organization in charge of psychoanalysis [Freudian Association] exists in this country which has the operation permit from the Ministry of Interior and is registered. Dr.Sanati himself in his lecture on the second congress of psychotherapy (2013) has stated that: “… To solve this problem there is an association for each of these specialties in the countries of the world and in this way they supervise the attitude and ethics of [their] members”[3] so there is an association for everything that they do not interfere in each other’s work. Freudian Association is the association custodian of Psychoanalysis in Iran and Iranian Psychiatric Association, according to what is mentioned on its official website: “Iranian Psychiatric Association was founded in 1966 with the efforts of a handful of psychiatrists and psychiatric veterans of Iran with the aim of providing scientific, research and professional psychiatric activities and as a non-governmental, non-profit association… Iranian Psychiatric Association, beside establishing actively and effectively connection with Ministry of Health and Medical Sciences and The Islamic Republic of Iran Medical Council as two organizations active in guild and professional affairs of medicine, is in cooperation with other medical associations in addition to relevant organizations and institutions and also as an expert and consultant, announces its advisory opinion in the areas of education, research, therapy, guild [affairs] and new psychiatric drugs. “[4] So this association is qualified just in the field of psychiatry and nothing more. On the other hand, scientific secretary of this congress, Dr. Mohammad Sanati, associate professor of Tehran [University of] Medical Sciences has been working as a psychiatrist for up to 30 years at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in department of psychiatry while according to investigations conducted by this association he lacks the diploma of psychiatry and for many years in Dr.Sanati’s resume [published] on the official website of Tehran University of Medical Sciences the place where he obtained his specialty certificate in psychiatry was mentioned the “Faculty of Psychiatrists of University of England”(!) and the place where he obtained his fellowship of psychotherapy was mentioned “Faculty of psychiatry of London” (!)^[5] (in the same year he got his diploma of psychiatry(!)). Of course after the beginning of inquiry of Freudian Association about his diploma –from 21^st of October 2014– just after holding the” Congress of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychotherapy of Iran” – the official site of Tehran University of Medical Sciences omitted his fellowship in psychotherapy from his resume and mentioned the place of issuance of his psychiatric diploma “Royal College of Psychiatrists of England”[6]. It is so while this college is a charity organization[7] which according to its response to our inquiry “[The Royal College of Psychiatry] does not give diplomas or degrees”[8]. The result of [our] investigations and inquiries will be presented to you in detail in the supplements of this letter. So, even in the date of writing this letter neither Dr. Sanati has provided any valid document about his claim of being a psychiatrist, nor Tehran University of Medical Sciences has provided any explanation about his diploma and the changes of his resume in the official site of this university. Meanwhile, Dr. Sanati included himself in the category of psychoanalysts of Iran and under this title he established [the title of] scientific secretary of the “First Congress of Psychoanalysis” for himself and also he resorted to train others in psychoanalysis from whom we should name Dr. Mahdieh Moein, who at present is Dr. Sanati’s wife and according to his training has become “analyst”!! It should be stressed that based on the essential principles of psychoanalysis, an “analyst” can never marry his/her “analysand” (patient), and this principle is inseparable part of psychoanalysis, so this issue is clearly explaining his ignorance of principles of psychoanalysis that he married his patient and introduces her as an analyst too. Moreover, it should be reminded that the name of Dr. Sanati is registered in none of the two worldwide organizations of psychoanalysis as a member (WAP: World Association of Psychoanalysis and IPA: International Psychoanalytical Association) and he is not a psychoanalyst! Yet and with reference to nonexistence of his college degree in specialty of psychotherapy, he calls himself psychoanalyst and attempts to train psychoanalyst. Let us refer you to two trustworthy reference in this connection: 1- in the editorial of Quarto bulletin of psychoanalysis number 107 published in the website of Echole de la Cause Freudienne of Paris on April 2014 under the title of “psychoanalysis is not psychotherapy” [9] it is mentioned that: “Psychoanalysis is not psychotherapy, although it does produce therapeutic effects, and it is distinguished from what some call “analytical psychotherapy“. Moreover, psychoanalysis cannot be subjected to any type of academic training. Before anything, the person him/herself should submit to it (or learning in that is performed through submitting to psychoanalysis.) In this sense, the psychoanalyst is the product of his/her own analysis when it [psychoanalysis] is brought to completion.”[10] 2- On 30^th of January 2014[11] “in Belgium parliament psychoanalysis was recognized as a separate discipline from psychotherapies”[12] and its news was published in the newsletter of Echole de la Cause Freudienne of Paris in the aforementioned address. Meanwhile Dr. Sanati in cooperation with Iranian Psychiatric Association and just after obtaining the license of holding the courses of fellowship of psychotherapy from Ministry of Health and Medical Sciences attempts to hold congress of psychoanalysis and according to this he attempts not only to provide himself a psychoanalytic resume[13] but also to introduce psychoanalysis as absolute property of psychiatrists.

The considerable point is that there are many people that assume themselves as analysts referring to the training they have had by Dr. Sanati and launch practicing invalid psychoanalysis on others and numerous patients in the country, and since there is no supervision on non-methodical activity of these people, their inauthentic activities is being accounted for by psychoanalysis, while “Freudian Association” which is the only registered organization in the field of psychoanalysis in Iran which is a candidate for joining the “World Association of Psychoanalysis” (WAP), by presidency of the only psychoanalyst of Iran ,Dr. Mitra Kadivar, received its license from respectable Ministry of Interior. One of the statute aims of Freudian Association according to article no. 9 is: “recognizing psychoanalysis as an independent subject from psychology, psychiatry, counseling and psychotherapy and regulating the utilization of the name of psychoanalysis in Iran and coordinating that with international disciplines”[14] which indicates that we assume ourselves to be apart from sciences that believe in therapy in the field of soul and psyche. Therefore it can be concluded that we separate our work from therapy in the field of soul and psyche. While the Iranian Psychiatric Association and other supporter organizations of this congress are not qualified to hold psychoanalysis congress either. Consequently, the “1^st Congress of Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy of Iran” without holding a valid permission from a capable authority was held illegitimately and Freudian Association requests for abolition of credit and point of this congress. It is worth mentioning that this issue was also considered by the involved principals of the congress in the way that the respected president of Iranian Psychiatric Association Dr. Jalili, President of Welfare Organization Dr. Hashemi, and the host of the congress then president of University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences Dr. Joghataei didn’t attend the congress which implies that this congress is not recognized by these authorities either.

۳. Now [we] turn to Mrs. Gohar Homayounpour and the group that coordinates and cooperates with her as psychoanalysis students and etc., and remind [you] that this group is not holding any licenses from any undisputable authority and is not registered in any authorized legal organization of country but rather this group named “Freudian Group of Tehran” is a Gold Quest type pyramidal formation that as they state themselves they have 150 members. In this formation each member knows at most 3 or 4 other members and like all pyramidal formations is amplified exponentially and by multiplication, in a way that the people who are in the base of pyramid might not have connection with the apex of pyramid for years. In this way Mrs. Gohar Homayounpour is just a top branch and these 150 ones are her subdivision.[15] And all Gold Quests are established on the principle of exploitation of people’s greed to reach their goal overnight. In original Gold Quest the aim is to become rich overnight and in “Freudian Group of Tehran” is in 3 months –via telephone- becoming an analyst. [16] The top branch of this formation, Mrs. Gohar Homayounpour, is graduated from an incorporation educational institute (Yes really an institute including shareholders) named Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis Inc. The Rating of this institute according to their own declaration (in web site of BGSP) is D – [17] (!) and again according to their own declaration 72.73% of graduates of this institute do not succeed to find a job in the U.S (ibid)! Even a working license is not given to the graduates of this incorporation. License of this institute is not recognized by any of 2 international organizations of psychoanalysis; namely IPA[18] and WAP and it means that according to international regulations graduates of this institute only carry the name of psychoanalysis but they are not psychoanalyst! Thus and according to having no access to any possibility of working in America this person has setup herself a business and has gathered some people around herself. She claims that by 3 months of psychoanalysis through telephone(!) she trains psychoanalyst and she has already trained 150 persons (according to her own claim[19])! Whom they also, in their turn, practice “psychoanalysis” through phone call and receive large amount of money from ignorant patients[20].

This lady with such educational background attempted to hold the “Congress of Geographies of Psychoanalysis” at the expense of her own (!) and with no relation with any institution and organization in Iran while the international conference hall of the Pardisan Park [a governmental place] was at her service free of charge. The poster of this congress was not published in any place of Iran, neither had it an official website nor a call for papers. But Mrs. Homayounpour invited some foreign guests at the expense of her own and Iranian guests have been invited by “telephone”(!)It should be noted that as Mrs. Homayounpour was a member of the presiding board in a section at Dr.Sanati’s Congress, at Mrs. Homayounpour‘s congress Dr.Sanati was a chairman either[21].But holding this so-called congress also goes along with their purposes of fraud. This group by showing off being victimized at overseas pretends that working condition in the field of psychoanalysis in Iran is arduous and even dangerous and that “the government of Islamic Republic [of Iran] declares psychoanalysis as its number one enemy”[22] and as a result those who are working in this field in Iran are constantly under threat of being arrested and put into prison, and the like. Inviting some foreigners goes along with this purpose to prove the rate of their [this group] “oppression” and thus consider living and working in Iran as a heroic act in order to gain their support and the legitimacy which they lack through their victimization. Mrs. Homayounpour and her group prevented the presence of members of the only organization which is in charge of psychoanalysis in Iran, “Freudian Association”, in their congress. The organizers of the “Iranian Psychoanalytic and Dynamic Psychotherapy Congress” did not let, in different ways, the members of the only legal psychoanalysis organization in Iran [Freudian Association] to talk either and prevented their talk and by making clamor and noise and childish behavior prevented them from talking and applied all sorts of curse and insults on us. Homayounpour’s group shot film from this mess and then at their congress showed for people (foreign guests) who do not know Persian, to be able to claim that when we say the situation is bad in Iran[23], you can see yourselves. It is interesting that this lady with her very worthless educational certificate claims outside the country that she is a professor at Shahid Beheshti University[24] and thus induces that Iran is such a backward country that even with [holding] a worthless certificate [one] can teach at university.

Now the question is: behind closed doors of that Congress what was being inspired to the foreign guests that members of the only psychoanalysis NGO in Iran should not see or hear that? Why for what is officially conspiracy against psychoanalysis and humiliating and showing a black and murky view of the Islamic Republic of Iran a free of charge salon is allocated? Why persons’ private parties are thrown in a public place (Conference hall of Prdisan Park) and even before our explanations the security of this governmental place also protects this party? Which after our clarification about the group located in the hall, they gain relative awareness about the situation.

Since holding a conference of course requires permission from Ministry of interior it seems that they did not have this permission either.

Accordingly the Freudian association requests the respectable minister to inquire these two illegal congresses and their organizers. Supplementary information about Dr.Mohamad Sanati and Mrs.Gohar Homayounpour and a number of people who are presented as analysts by these two people to Iranian society is given in detail in the appendix.
