Dear Mr. Miller.   I am writing to you with regards to Mitra Kadivar. In the first international congress held at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran some 6 weeks ego, she sent her trainee analysts to the congress shouting, insulting the organisors during the 3 day congress (videos of their actions is available). Is this what the trainees are supposed to do in order to become analysts? She has sent a letter to the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK asking whether Dr. Sanati, one of the Congress organisors’ doctorate degree is legitimate or not?. They have written back confirming his fellowship and Ms Kadivar posted it on the Freudian Association Site claiming that this does not prove that he is a psychiatrist and calling upon the hospitals to suspend him. Please note that he is a renowned professor in Iran. She has been sending 100 emails to that effect to 400 people, from the President’s Office and all head of universities, and hospitals where he used to teach and work on daily basis for the past 8 weeks. This is clearly an infringement upon people’s privacy. She has been moking people on her wesite making defamatory remarks using the lowest possible language, character assissnation is the order of the day. Using remarks like her royal highness, the man with the earing, the witch. What she is doing is like Middle Ages witch haunting. She accuses the psychologist, psychiatrists and all other people who utter Freud’s name of stealing from her book, the latest victim is Dr. Tavakoli who talked to a newspaper about Freud. Freud’s books, articles and papers have all been translated over 60 years ego and are still being translated in Iran. She claims that she has been analysed, we think if that is so, her analyst has failed to make proper diagnosis and he should be prosecuted for negligence and malpractice. The amount of what she and her trainees are doing is huge. You NEED TO INTERVENE MR MILER If you keep supporting her in this way that means you  tacitly agree with what she is doing and we hold you PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for her actionS over here in Tehran. If you have any doubts send someone to do fact findings for you, talk to people find out the truth. DO NOT SACRIFICE THE TRUTH AND TRADE IT FOR LOYALTY. You have acted unwisely in the past by supporting her without knowing the truth and it is about time you found out the truth and disassociate yourself from her.     Our very best, xxxxxx practising psychotherapist
