Thanks to these open letters, researchers of the Freudian association were released with a bail of one billion tomans. That strange gang created by the police and the judiciary and the intelligence of that Alien land, planned to keep our researchers in prison for a long time so that they can complete the fabricated case; but these open letters badly messed up their plans; Especially when they fully understood that they will be visible to you. A number of well-known and retired judges of this border and region who have a favorable opinion of the Freudian Association sent a letter to the Prosecutor General of the country, which reached the hands of his very efficient and justice-loving deputy, Mr. Haj Agha Mosadegh. Our families and our lawyer also referred to the protection and intelligence of the judicial branch in Tehran, and the protection demanded to submit a report of the case as well as presenting all the verdict in the case. But in response to the protection order, those aliens just wrote that the case is under investigation and did not provide any verdict, because they had no verdict to present. That case does not have any court order, except for a 30-day detention order. There is not even a verdict from named “Ghadami” any more. It is strange, but our lawyer had seen such a ruling in the case, which did not even have a number, and I informed you of its existence in section fifteen of these letters. This is one of the miracles of these open letters, in which verdicts come and go!! It is not for nothing that the page numbers on the back of the pages have changed regularly and are not consecutive! In fact, that “Ghadami” named is a prosecutor’s assistant who is the deputy prosecutor of Sari in the execution of sentences, and as a result, he could not have been the on-duty interrogator on Friday evening, 8 September 2023. This is an issue that Chamani, prosecutor’s assistant /integrator of the case, knows well, and despite all this, he talks about the verbal verdict. Also, every verbal verdict is only verbal for early first or second hours, and later they take the written version from the issuer and put that in the case file. It means that even Ghadami himself was not aware of the arrest at all, and he did not issue a verdict, and the verdict that was in the case was forged, or that later he was not willing to sustain his unnumbered verdict to in the case. After all, he also reads these open letters!

Therefore, in the present case, the arrest of those women was made by a lumpen  criminal investigator named Shahram Ghorbani and without any court order, and assistant prosecutor/investigator Chamani knows this well and however this talk about an arrest during a routine patrol. It is a routine patrol of 16 people with 10 plainclothes!! You know better than anyone that C.I.D police always arrests people after a detailed investigation and with a valid and written court order.

This Lumpen criminal investigator was stupid enough to reveal itself to us, otherwise we might still think he’s from emergency police center of NAJA. He is the same “Sh. Gh. ” in open letter fifteen. We saw him both at the place of detention and at that unknown place of interrogations, and we also saw him at the headquarters of the intelligence police when we got our property back. He accompanied us to the criminal investigation detention center as well. His superior’s name is Asghar Babaei and he managed all those aggressive actions of the police during those 24 hours. They planned to take Kamran Momeni’s signature as well, but he refused to do so. I have previously introduced him as “K. M.”.
