Honorable Chief Justice,

Greetings and respect,

Let us go back to that mobile trial session. The climax of that trial session was when Barare’s accusation “membership in the unknown Sect of Mithraism” was raised. It was answered that “Well, if something is unknown in judicial literature, it means that it is neither in the Qur’an, nor in the Risalahs of the Grand Ayatollahs, nor in the constitution, nor in the penal code; then how did you make a crime out of an unknown thing and accuse?” And the investigator answered: “Of course, I have appealed [request for an advisory opinion] to the supreme leader’s office, when the answer comes, I will put it in the case order”!!!  “Wow!  So you accuse first and then you appeal?!  First you imprison and then you appeal?!”

Honorable chief justice, I had said that everything in this province of aliens is “post-event”now it can be proved with an authentic document and proof, and I will definitely provide this document to your Excellency in this way – and in other ways.

But the issue goes beyond that; beyond the proof of the post-event nature of this province. Now that the strange combination of the police, justice and intelligence of this province have attempted to prosecute both the Ministry of Intelligence and the Ministry of Interior, both the science of psychoanalysis and Harvard University, they do this effort by dragging the Iran leader into this!! Since this shameless case fabrication becomes global sooner or later, at that time the only thing that will appear to the world is that “Galileo’s trial in the Islamic Republic is by the leader of that country’s order”!! You know what disgrace I am talking about.

In the next parts of my letter, I will explain why and how this accusation of an unknown sect was made by that criminal investigation group and what purpose it was pursuing; and why they are spending the  Leader’s credit and charge for him.

By the way, why did the prosecutor of Sari change the bail of 3 billion to 6 billion??
